wow this is a great streamer tie.

S Fontinalis,
Great post, its nice to see another guy from Pa here.Does Graywolf have a index of recipes for his patterns, i know he recently gave up flytying. I have a few of his streamers i bought in Rangeley.
What size/model hook did you use?I really like Martinek hooks.

Thanks guys.
The hook here is a Mustad L87, size 2 i believe.
The Martinek hooks are great, but i only have smaller 6xl and this pattern looks great on a bit bigger hook, hence the L87

thats a different hook i think

S Fontinalis,
Looks like a Mustad 94720 hook i dont remember the newer designation but it has a micro barb so its definitely the Signature series, this fly loks incredible dressed on it.Size 2 is a whopper.I like swinging that size for Landlocks and also local Large browns.
