Skagit Line for Beulah Switch Rod

Hi everyone! I'm a new poster and need help in selecting a Rio skagit line for a Beulah 6/7 switch rod. I understand that I make have to chop off some of the front end of the head to get it to the right grain weight. Thanks in advance for any advice. Jeff C.

Look at the SA single hand skagit lines, they already did the chopping for you.

6/7 Switch

The Beulah Switch 6/7 has a grain window effectively from 280 to 400...the 350 Skagit might work...Beulahs Elixir is nice but if you are planning to cast a Skagit with heavy sink tips you might be pushing the parameters. You may also want to wait a while,,the team AT Beulah are working on some very interesting Skagit'y type lines..
A good line to use if you really want to get down might be a shooting Fast Sink Head form Snowbee,Loop or some of the others.
