Practice routine

For those of you that practice with any regularity, is there a set routine that you follow each time or do you just wing it?

If you have a routine would you mind sharing it?

I know that I just wing it, but I’m starting to think that , or maybe really know, that a scatter shot approach isn’t as effective as a something with some structure.
